We are looking for a passionate Nursery Deputy Manager to join our incredible, well-established, bilingual Montessori setting with 60 children catering for 0-5years.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support nursery manager and lead the team of early year educators.
* Guide staff development and promote the highest standards of care.
* Implement Montessori methods in daily activities.
* Ensure OFSTED compliance and effective communication with parents.
Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or higher (Montessori experience is a plus).
* Experience of leading and managing a team.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
