Mechanical Site Manager/Projects Manager
Salary £52,000-£55,000 DOE
+ Car or Car Allowance

The Company:
We are working with a well established business that provide full turnkey projects within the FMCG sector. With a portfolio of instantly recognisable companies and brands within its customer base, my client is looking for an experienced electrical site manager/projects manager to work on one of its key customers sites in Wakefield.
The Role:
The Mechanical site manager / Projects manager will bethemain point of contact on site between the customer and the client. Responsible for quoting and delivery of mechanical installation projects across the site.
Work with stakeholders to plan and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions to production.
Organising Labour, Ordering Materials and managing projects
Generate costings / quotations for all onsite mechanical activities
Oversee the installation of mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Lead, train, and supervise a team of mechanical fitters and fabricators
Generation of RAM’s for installation works.
Manage the department’s budget and financial performance.
Person Specification
Apprentice Trained in a mechanical discipline
Experience in mechanical installation, maintenance and project management within the FMCG sector.
Proven track record of managing mechanical projects and leading teams.
Experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
Excellent project management skills
