Job Description
Our client are a reputable construction company based in Manchester who are looking for a Compliance Assistant to join their team! This will be a key role for the business ensuring projects are being delivered in line with company processes and legislation.

* Will have previously worked in the construction industry.
* Background working in a compliance related role.
* Organised individual who can work on their own initiative in a fast paced environment.
* Able to work to a high level of accuracy.
* Strong communication skills.
* Will be happy to travel to sites across Manchester and to the head office in Greater Manchester.
Duties include:
* Tracking and reporting project compliance ensuring a project is handed over successfully.
* Organising compliance workshops for site teams.
* Updating and maintaining the compliance tracker.
* Reviewing and updating building controls and warranty trackers.
* Visiting sites for project handover meetings.
* Supporting quality assurance around fire doors ensuring standards are met.
* Assist the team with Golden Thread information for all sites ensuring everything is documented correctly throughout each stage of the project.
* Coordinating O&M manuals.
* Carrying out compliance inspections and audits.
* Document control- quality checking information uploaded and coordinating the information uploaded by them.
