Learning Support Assistant (SW19)

Our inclusive partner school seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs and disabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
Assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
Supporting classroom teachers with lesson preparation and delivery.
Monitoring and recording student progress.
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and empathy when working with students.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
Basic IT skills for educational software and record-keeping.
