Foreman (Social Housing)

Invision Recruitment are currently working alongside a reputable refurbishment specialist operating across London and Home Counties. This client is well versed across planned maintenance, energy efficiency and fire safety. Operating across social housing, education, heritage and public buildings, they are looking for skilled construction professionals to join their team and grow alongside the company.

Required:

* North London based (or can reasonably commute)

* Experience and knowledge with carpentry / decs & windows.

* Experience of managing a team of trade staff across multiple sites

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to establish good working relationships with clients, the public and subcontractors

* Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload

* CSCS Card

* Driving license

* Social Housing experience

* Ability to ensure deadlines are met

* Capable of delivering projects to the clients standard

* Assess the safest and most cost-effective approach to working

* Understand company health and safety policy
