Project Controller Package Overview:
* Salary on offer + £26k to £32K depending on experience plus performance related bonus
* Overview of Benefits 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, Pension, Private healthcare, additional long service holidays
* Full-Time, Permanent, Hours of Work Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5pm

Our Client are currently looking for a Project Controller to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.
This Company are a reputable business with over 20 years’ experience within the Industry. They are currently entering another period of growth and are looking to expand their team to keep up with high customer demand.
This is an exciting time for the company and the right candidate for the role will need to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and personable with the drive to hit the floor running in order to take full advantage of the opportunities available to them.
You will be part of a strong team who all understand the importance of working together to ensure a high level of service is delivered. You will be given support, training and a realistic workload to help ensure you achieve job satisfaction.
This Company are part of the manufacture sector and offer various services such as: external furniture from benches, cycle racks etc.
Project Controller Role and Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered
Carry out effective communications
Ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Assist management and prioritisation of all customer projects including delivery and installation planning
Maintaining live project status (spec/ time/ budget)
Management of internal/external stakeholders
Working closely with colleagues to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met
Project Controller Skills and Experience:
A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
Proven experience in managing multiple projects
Proven experience in finance management & budget preparation
Confident, focused and driven to succeed, inspiring others
Working Knowledge of Construction Contracts
Able to complete projects in a timely manner, and under pressure
Experience in the construction sector
Construction site-based experience and knowledge
Experience with ISO standards an advantage
Ability to make decisions especially in challenging circumstances
Knowledge of relevant and current H&S legislation
Excellent administrative software skills (specifically Excel)
Organised, detail orientated and excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and people skills
Professional maturity and resilience
Be prepared to work and operate nationwide
