Job Description

On behalf of our client, Site Skills are seeking an Experienced Resident Liaison Officer for an upcoming Project in Stratford.

Position: Resident Liaison Officer

Location: Stratford

Project Duration: 6 Month Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: £15phr

Key Responsibilities:

* Offer comprehensive customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and written correspondence.

* Manage a diverse caseload from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely completion of all cases.

* Schedule appointments and address customer complaints effectively and empathetically.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement action plans, monitoring progress until resolution.

* Enhance customer satisfaction by rebuilding relationships, conducting surveys, and driving improvements in our service ratings.

* Work closely with contractors and contract managers to ensure all work meets specifications and is delivered to the highest standards.

Key Experience/Requirements:

* Experience of working within a customer services environment is essential

* Previous experience of working with Local Authorities or Registered Housing Providers is desirable

* Proven experience of working in a busy environment, and delivering successful outcomes within challenging deadlines is essential

* Knowledge of Reactive Maintenance Services is desirable

* 5+ Years in an Resident Liaison Officer Role
