Seeking Mechanical Design Engineer for Aviation Industry
Exciting opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join a leading aviation company. This role offers the chance to work on diverse aircraft modifications and repairs across multiple aircraft types.
Key Details:
* Location: Bournemouth Airport (hybrid working, 2 days per week on-site minimum)
* Contract: 8-12 months fixed-term, potential for permanent position
* Hours: 40 hours/week, flexible scheduling, overtime available
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in EASA/CAA Part 21J Design work
* Proficient in 3D CAD modeling and drafting (Autodesk Inventor preferred)
* Background in aircraft structures, components, interiors, or avionics installations
* Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
* Willing to conduct technical surveys on aircraft
