We're on the hunt for a vibrant and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team in Bolton on a permanent basis. Your priority is to support amazing students with special educational needs, fostering an environment where every learner can shine brightly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering lessons that are as engaging as they are educational
Adapt learning materials to meet diverse needs and spark joy
Provide one-on-one support to students, making learning fun and accessible
Collaborate with our passionate team to create a nurturing and dynamic learning environment
Bring your unique flair to school activities, events, and daily classroom life
Be the person SEN students need you to be
About you:
Enthusiastic, with a penchant for creativity and a touch of quirkiness
Empathetic and patient, with a good understanding of individual student needs
Experience in supporting children with SEN (special educational needs) is a plus, but your passion and willingness to learn are what really count
Excellent communication skills, with a dash of humour and a splash of kindness
Ready to bring positivity and a can-do attitude to every school day
