Job Description
My client are a leading building envelope contractor providing high-quality facades and cladding projects across the UK. Their primary focus involves completing remediation projects on commercial and high-rise buildings, working on a number of high-profile schemes across the county.
They have an exciting requirement for a Pre Construction Manager to join their business.
Duties to include:
Set up surveys of buildings to establish façade build ups
Preparing take offs
Preparing tender packages
Obtaining subcontractor quotes for works needed for tenders
Preparing and completing bills of quantities for tenders
Engaging with clients
Presenting tenders to the clientsRequirements:
Preferably have experience within façades, but this is not essential.
The role will be a mix of office and site based.
Travel nationwide will be expected, with hotels and travel reimbursed.Benefits:
