Job Title: Project Manager QC Stream (Contract/Freelance)

Location: Toulouse

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 6-12 months (minimum 6 months)

Onsite Requirement: Full-time onsite, 5 days a week

Languages: English (French is a plus)

Daily Rate: negotiable

About Us:

My client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the QC Stream for Analytical Equipment Qualification on a major project in Toulouse. We are looking for someone with strong QC expertise and a project management background to drive the project forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the qualification of analytical equipment (mass spectrophotometers, electron microscopes, centrifuges, endotoxin analyzers, turbidity meters, etc.).
• Supervise teams of consultants working on the QC project and ensure they meet objectives.
• Ensure all contractual agreements between the company and client are respected and deliverables are on time, compliant with quality standards, and within scope.
• Coordinate and lead project committee meetings, maintaining detailed schedules, tracking milestones, and managing risks.
• Develop and implement project management tools to track progress and ensure quality.
• Support recruitment efforts, including interviewing and selecting candidates for the project.
• Train and integrate new recruits into the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience in the life sciences, consulting, or healthcare industry.
• Expertise in QC/Analytical Equipment Qualification with hands-on experience in drafting and executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
• Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial management knowledge to manage project budgets and costs effectively.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure project goals are met on time.
• Professional English essential; French is a plus.
