Tech and Operations Transformation Lead (Expats)

Our client is seeking a Tech and Operations Transformation Lead to join their team in Zambia. Responsibilities: Manage external service providers in local market in collaboration with Zone Owner through service level management in line with SOW. Manage ERP technical and infrastructure support. Budget management for all local technical support and delivery. Business Continuity & Risk Management, enabling BCP and DR when required. Tech Operations Standards, KPI and Target Management. Leads continuous improvement. Lead implementation of E2E process transformation and change management in country as set out by process owners and streams in line with ERP template for PTP, Finance, Logistics and Supply. In country lead for operational go live readiness across the Business Unit. Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills. Internal and external communication skills. Negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment. Ability to get results from varied cross functional stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Qualifications: Experience with technology, process mapping and operational transformation. Experience in ERP Solutions, commercial and logistics functions a benefit. Experience operationalizing high level strategy into results on the ground.
