Workday Technical Administrator

Job Description This role ensures the accuracy of organizational data, facilitates data migration and correction, supports reporting requirements, and manages stakeholder communications. The role requires expertise in Workday functionalities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement. The key responsibilities for this role will include: Data management Oversee and maintain supervisory and organisational structure within Workday Perform regular data corrections to maintain accuracy of cost centres, reporting lines and other organisational data Reporting support business units by collating and generating reports based on specific requirements Issue management Maintain and manage the Workday Issue log, documenting and tracking all reported issues Troubleshoot Workday-related problems and liaise with the group and business units to ensure timely resolutions Manage relationships with business units within organisation, addressing all Workday related matters Facilitate regular progress huddles with relevant parties regarding ongoing projects or issues resolutions Support and contribute to Workday enhancements and improvements, ensuring system innovation and alignment with business needs As you will be responsible for hitting the ground running extensive experience is essential. You will also be hands-on involved with the department.
