What you'll do as a Python Developer:

* Build highly scalable, maintainable backend services using Python, Django, and Elasticsearch, ensuring the customer experience is second to none.

* Work closely with talented peers in product, design, and sales to shape the future of car buying.

* Share your innovative solutions through design reviews, pair programming, and code reviews.

What you'll need:

* Technical Expertise: Proven experience in building backend services, with Python and Django, and confidence deploying production applications using AWS (or similar cloud platforms).

* A drive to enhance CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment.

* Strong Fundamentals: Solid grasp of databases, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and system architecture.

* Team Collaboration: A natural collaborator who thrives in a squad environment.
