Band 7 Locum Pharmacist Reading

Location: Reading
Pay Rate: £30 per hour
Duration: 3-month contract from start date
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Band 7 Locum Pharmacist to join our team based in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hospital environment with a highly skilled and supportive team.

Key Requirements:

• GPhC registered
• Previous hospital experience
• Familiarity with RiO and EPMA systems is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Clinical screening of prescriptions
• Supporting ward rounds and liaising with healthcare teams
• Ensuring accurate medication reconciliation and patient safety
• Maintaining compliance with hospital procedures and protocols
