Rate: £30 - £35 per hour
Contract: Locum, until March 2025
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Manchester on a locum basis. This ward-based role offers an excellent hourly rate of £30-£35 per hour and will be ongoing until March 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to hospital wards.
• Perform medication reviews, ensuring safe and effective prescribing practices.
• Support multidisciplinary teams with expert pharmacological advice.
• Manage patient medication regimens, including those for complex conditions.
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with medicines management protocols and hospital policies.

Requirements:

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Previous experience in a ward-based clinical pharmacy role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
