Broker - International Casualty Are you keen to build a career in Global Insurance Broking with a market leading firm like Aon ?
Can you bring minimum 12 months of insurance experience, a thirst for knowledge and a desire to produce optimum outcome for clients ?

What the day will look like Once fully trained up in your new role your responsibilities will include:
Our book of business has a global footprint offering tailored programs to all clients other than those 100% domiciled in the UK or US, our remit of Clients consists of Manufacturing, Municipal, Power, Mining, O&G and Construction alongside a host of other niche areas. We encourage all brokers to be involved across the whole portfolio rather than to fully specialise which in turn promotes growth, development and elevated career paths.

- Define marketing strategy (specific to placement)
- Review Submission
- Lead quote broking / Follow market broking
- Present terms to client / network
- Firm Order broking (Ebix / wet stamps / email)
- Record broking activity in market sheets
- Review draft / final MRC
- Send Cover confirmation
- Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients
- Client meetings
- Respond to A/C queries
- Establish and manage pipeline
- Market Relationship Management

- A minimum of 12 months insurance experience
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to utilise insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service
- Experience of managing effective client relationships
- Ability to interpret and use data optimally
- Good understanding of compliance and FCA regulation
