Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator in a dynamic and collaborative work environment!

The role is permanent and full-time working M-F 9-5.30 with a salary range of 24k-26k depending on experience.

Some of the duties you'll be responsible for day to day:

  • Engaging with customers through various channels, including email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions regarding updates on open work items
  • Managing and updating internal systems, processing invoices and updating work items in real time
  • Drafting legal documents and updating contracts
  • Collaborating with warehouse and maintenance teams
  • Supporting the front-end service team


Requirements for Success:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in IT applications and systems
  • Good team working skills
  • A pro-active attitude
