Recruitment Consultant - Engineering

Senior Recruitment Consultant is required for one of the UK's leading Engineering Recruitment Consultancies in the UK. We are looking for the best of the best…if you're an experienced recruiter within the engineering world and want to join a company who give you autonomy, growth opportunities, flexibility and financial reward then this is the role for you.

Based in stunning offices in Northampton, you will be able to enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working within an experienced team who are all about growth.

We are looking for a top biller who is looking for a refreshing change, in reward you will be paid a basic salary of up to £60,000 p.a. plus car allowance, uncapped commission, guaranteed bonus for the first 3-6 months and unlimited paid holiday….yes paid!!

You will also be included in quarterly and yearly rewards which include trips abroad and evenings out!

Your Role:

As a highly experienced Recruitment Consultant with an engineering background, you'll have the opportunity to develop your own desk from warm leads and new business. We're looking for individuals who can contribute to our current vertical markets and, over time, build their own department within a specific sector.

Recruitment Consultant Profile:

• Experienced in recruiting within contract/interim and/or permanent solutions.
• Knowledge of Engineering, Manufacturing or Technical recruitment.
• Passion for Client Relationships.
• Proven experienced of billing more than £250k p.a.
• Positive energy, growth mindset and driven.
