The transition from ANSR to Land O'Lakes GCC is targeted to be completed within the next two years. Join us in solving some of the worlds most important food challenges Technical Lead Web Developer Position Purpose: Work as integral part of a dedicated development team and providing technical direction to on-shore and off-shore developers. A high performing team player who can think creatively, strategically and functionally, working closely with the different members of the product and capability teams. Responsibilities: Analyze, design, develop and maintain digital development, architecture, and various other online properties. Assists in the development of solutions that deliver capabilities to the enterprise. Analyzes enterprise business drivers to determine corresponding change requirements. Assists with the design and implementation of Digital CMS platforms based on enterprise business requirements and IT strategies. Assists in defining the principles to guide solution decisions for the enterprise Provide written and verbal direction and leadership duringall aspects of development through the weekly agile sprint cycle, to both on-shore and off-shore developers. Responsibilities include: Development (25%) Troubleshooting and application support (40%) Offshore Team support (20%) Solution Design (15%) Qualifications Required Experience: 8 years of experience in web site and web application design / development/DevOps/ mobile-first application design. 5 years of experience in design, development, and architecture of digital development platforms. 5 years of experience in web site and web application design / development using Kentico content management systems. Preferably Kentico 12, 13, or Xperience. 5 experience in using Azure cloud technologies, DevSecOps Experience working in C#, ASP.NET, WPF, WCF, SQL, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript programming languages. Experience working with REST based APIs and platform integrations. Experience with level A conformance of WCAG 2.0 guidelines The ideal candidate should have a strong software development background and have experience with all aspects of web design, Architecture, development using a Kentico content management system and digital platforms. Requires excellent communication, decision-making, interpersonal, and analytical skills Ability to communicate accurate technical direction to on-shore and off-shore team members Ability to working directly with Product Owners, IT Partners and Stakeholders Exceptional ability to multi-task while still hitting business critical deadlines Experience applying software development methodology and standard project management practices and methodologies Preferred: Certification in Kentico 12, 13, or Xperience Experience working on a SCRUM agile team Experience working on REST based APIs and integrations Experience using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics Experience with Kentico Email Marketing and Campaign Services Disclaimer: Land O Lakes is a client of ANSR.
