Job Title: Construction Attorney
Job Location: Pasadena, CA (Hybrid or Remote Option)
Salary: $120,000-$200,000 (Base)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Defend government agencies, contractors, subcontractors, and owners in court against claims
  
  • Contract disputes
  • Construction defects
  • Bond claims
  • Project labor agreements
• Arbitration, Mediation, Trial

QUALIFICATIONS:

• J.D. from Accredited Law School
• Barred in CA
• 3+ years doing Construction Defense
• Nice to have:
  • Deposition experience
  • Has led discovery
  • Has prepared and argued motions
  • Trial preparation experience
