My client have won a £5million Cut and Carve in Lichfield and are looking for a Senior Site manager / Site based Project manager with construction knowledge to spearhead project.

Certs needed:

CSCS Black / White / Gold, SMSTS, 1st aid, PASMA, IPAF, Asbestos awareness.

Experience needed:

• Managing a site with upto 50/60 Subbies on site
• Steelworks
• New build / Construction experience
• Client liaison skills
• Planning Experience
• City centre works experience
• Traffic Management
• Enabling works
• Working to high health and safety standards
• Project manager or Senior site management skills

Will pay between: £55,000.00 - £60,000.00 For right candidate, would consider a freelance SSM or Temp to perm.
