Contracts Manager

I am looking for a Contract Manager to join a further educational facility in Birmingham on a 3 month contract. The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing refurbishment contracts across the campus, and overseeing all communication and engagement between stakeholders.

Contract Manager responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will have oversight of all refurbishment contracts, managing relations between clients and stakeholders, and be the go to between the Head of Service, and Estates Team.
• Liaise with the managers regarding development projects, ensuring the projects follow a standardised approach to service provision and will allow cost effective maintenance.
• Design, specify, plan and deliver programmes of planned maintenance, tailored to the buildings involved.
• Manage contracts and projects

Contract Manager requirements:

• Experience working in a similar position
• Project management qualifications
• Building/Portfolio Management
• Relationship liaison/management
• Contractor Management
