Duties: Define long-term financial goals with senior leadership and develop strategies for revenue, cost, and capital management. Oversee financial reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to management and the board. Manage accounting, treasury, and tax operations, ensuring effective cash flow and investment. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and mitigate risks like market volatility and liquidity. Lead budgeting and forecasting, provide financial forecasts, and meet financial goals. Develop and implement asset management strategies, including depreciation models. Support strategic projects such as mergers and acquisitions, aligning financial strategies with company goals. Mentor and manage the finance team, ensuring growth, performance, and adequate staffing. Qualifications & skills: Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification Bcom Honors 5 years senior management experience.
