Job Description
After another brilliant growth year, our client is looking to expand their skilled Sterile Services team with a London/Home Counties based SSD Engineer/ Service Engineer SSD to support us in servicing both new and existing contracts.
- The SSD Engineer/ Service Engineer SSD role will involve Installations, Commissiong and planned and reactive maintenance of Steelco equipment/Sterilisers in Sterile Services departments in London, Greater London and the South East.- The Service Engineer SSD/ Service Engineer SSD will also be responsible for delivering technical support, managing service requests, and troubleshooting to ensure to smooth-running of equipment at their customer sites.
Person Specification
- Familiarity with Sterilisers and Washer Disinfectors is highly advantageous, as is a working knowledge of working within a healthcare decontamination environment.
We are particularly interested in applicants with the following:- Experience diagnosing and resolving technical problems on complex electro-mechanical equipment- Relevant industry qualifications STM2 & 3, WTM1- Experience with maintaining and servicing within a regulated industry environment- Excellent communication skills- A team player with proactive and flexible approach to their work- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritise work based on customer needs- Strong analytical skills, with an eye for detail
Package£38,000 - £45,000 dependent on experienceCompany car or car allowance.
