Job Description
As the Costing QA Manager, you will have
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing Management: Develop and validate pricing worksheets and master price lists (MPL), ensuring alignment with customer models and accuracy.
- Profit Monitoring: Track gross profit margins, analyze variances, and provide recommendations.
- Team Leadership: Oversee Analysts, set objectives, manage performance, and support recruitment and training.
- Sales & Finance Support: Assist with tenders, menu presentations, and ensure accurate billing and data management.
- Reporting: Generate reports for senior management and ensure timely completion of all pricing tasks.
Key Qualifications:
- Skills: Advanced Excel, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience: Knowledge of food production methods, pricing policies, and financial awareness.
Performance Indicators:
- Accuracy & Timeliness: Ensure precise and timely pricing work.
- Profit Management: Maintain target profit margins.
- Compliance: Adhere to company guidelines for all pricing and menu details.
Reporting Structure:
- Reports to: Head of Commercial Operations
- Direct Reports: 4-5 Analysts/Lead Analysts
This role demands strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to manage complex pricing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
