Rate: £21ph

Our client requires Multi Traders with a joinery background and experience in working on void properties within the Social Housing Sector.

The majority of the work will be on kitchens but will also include boxing in pipework, skirting replacements and dooor hanging.

The Multi Trader will also be able to do small amounts of patch plastering, some basic tiling and painting to touch up areas.

This is for an ongoing contract. You must have a CSCS card and happy for a Basic DBS check to be completed (or have one already)

• 40 hours per week
• Need own transport to get to site
• £21pr hr
