JOB TITLE: Electrical & Mechanical Engineer - Static

LOCATION: Mayfair

PACKAGE:

• £45/£46k basic salary + overtime - no on call
• Includes company mobile phone, uniform, and specialist tools
• Overtime rates at time and a half
• 25 days annual leave, rising to 28 days plus bank holidays with length of service

JOB INFORMATION - Electrical & Mechanical Engineer - Static

• The position is based at a 10 storey office block where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as electrical and mechanical ppms and reactive maintenance on lighting, fire alarms, LEDS, compliance, controls, HVAC plant, plantroom checks, pumps, vessels, valves etc
• You will join a team of 1 mechanical engineer and 1 electrician

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Electrical & Mechanical Engineer - Static

• The ideal Mechanical & Electrical Engineer will have experience of working on electrical/mechanical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with good knowledge and hands on experience with electrical ppms' and remedials, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, HVAC, mechanical and plantroom service and maintenance,
• Experience and knowledge of PPM's and site compliance will be essential
• Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long-term opportunity
• Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously
• We are looking for someone who is honest and reliable with the ability to build good relationships with the customer on site
