The role

• Working end-to-end on deals, supporting more senior members of the team.
• Sourcing and assessing new deals.
• Due diligence and structuring deals.
• Portfolio support.

The requirements

• One to three years in investment banking/leveraged finance, consulting or accounting (Transaction Services or Corporate Finance) or one to three years in VC/PE.
• Excellent academic background.
• Strong, demonstrable interest in tech.
• Strong preference for extra European language(s).
