What we are looking for:


We are looking for a professional and experienced Project Manager to join our growing Engineering & Delivery team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible and active in several different areas, focussing on the end-to-end project life cycle.


Across the Project Lifecycle the Project Manager will evaluate the needs of the project, govern, implement, document and report. More specifically this includes understanding scope and specifications, understanding budgets, monitoring manufacturing and detailing actions.


Key responsibilities as a Project Manager will be to:

  • Prepare for and attend significant meetings with the client
  • Propose systems and tools to improve management of projects
  • Implement project management methodologies and processes
  • Monitor and drive invoicing for all projects
  • Support the standardisation of the project management process across the AGITO team
  • Compliance with customer specific standards as required
  • Manage the project timeline, with cross-team inputs, buy-in and delivery commitment, ensuring this is maintained throughout the project timeline.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly project status reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and implement project specific execution plans and keep updated during the project life.
  • Manage and review the project budgets with the Project Sponsor weekly, ensuring Project Reports and budgets are robustly maintained.
  • Maintain and manage the risks, actions and issues tracking.
  • Manage project change orders and variations
  • Lead the technical and commercial resolution process for equipment and project issues.
  • Resolve project issues and resource constraints within the team and with assistance from Senior Management
  • Support projects during the sales phase as required by coordinating with Sales representative to define all commercial and schedule items.
  • Any other tasks as required
  • Foster an environment of open, honest, and respectful communication – where risk is concerned
  • Respectful and appropriate handling of company resources
  • Project monitoring and reporting

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Project, Excel, Word, Outlook & Share Point
  • High level attention to detail & ability to prioritize & multitask
