Event Coordinator

Events Executive - sustainability – Hybrid (London office) Immediate start £110-£120 day rate

Our client is a high-profile, global events company working in the sustainability sector. They are seeking a temporary candidate who can start immediately with experience in events to work as Guestlist Coordinator assisting their event management. As well as a supportive working environment, they offer hybrid working from their London office.

Please note that this is a temporary role starting asap mid-September until mid-November 2023.

This role presents a wonderful opportunity to support a high-profile events team in the delivery of their exciting programme of events. As Guestlist Coordinator, you will play an essential role in the team, managing multiple guestlists and ensuring a streamlined level of communication with their guests and internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for supporting the events team with administrative duties in order to seamlessly deliver memorable events. In this role, you will utilise your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams, reporting directly to the Events Manager. This would also suit a candidate with an interest in climate change or sustainability.

What do I need?

1. Must be free to start immediately, and able to commit to two full months
2. Experience within an events support role
3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel)
4. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
5. Brilliant organisational skills & attention to detail
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team
7. Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
8. Experience of any events software is a plus!
