One Solicitor completed his training contract with the firm in 2016 and has within 6 years just made partner which highlights the opportunity to rapidly progress with the firm and the commitment to training and development that is on offer!

Despite being one of the longest-standing firms in the region, they haven’t been caught in the trap of doing things as they always have done! This means they have embraced the newest technology and systems to make hybrid working seamless and also improve efficiency for both you and their clients making sure everyone is doing the best of their ability without hindrance.

There is a culture of inclusivity and you are involved in decision-making as well as collaborative thinking, encouraging their lawyers to problem solve and supporting them to enhance their ability is part and parcel of what this firm does.

You will likely be NQ up to 2 years PQE or about to finish your training contract with a seat in Court of Protection work (Property & Finances) with experience including the appointment of professional and lay deputy, new trustee applications, statutory wills and statutory gift applications & daily financial administration on matters.

As the successful Court of Protection Solicitor, you can expect to receive a healthy salary of between £30,000 - £40,000, a performance bonus based upon over 3x salary at 10% allowing you to be rewarded for the extra effort you put in, 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Free Parking, after probation hybrid will be given but you will be surrounded by some of the brightest sparks in the sector so being the in the office is not a hardship and clear proven routes to partnership that you just don’t get with the larger firms.
