The Opportunity:

For the UK Government, maintaining National Security is a 24-hour-a-day, 365-day-a-year mission. To support these complex operations, the MoD partners with this Big4 Firm to empower critical thinking and drive value across its strategic initiatives and technology investments.

The Role:

As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you’ll support the UK’s defence, intelligence, and military agency clients in navigating complex strategic decisions. Dive deep into analysing options, designing cutting-edge business models, and running commercial models to understand financial impacts. Embrace the power of technology, AI, robotics, and more to drive innovation and adapt to disruptions.

Your work isn't just about planning; it's about making strategies actionable, managing change, and overcoming implementation challenges. Generate insightful analysis to support these strategies, lead teams, and build strong client relationships. Collaborate with tech experts, continuously hone your skills, and contribute to business growth - transforming strategy into reality.

Required Skills/Experience:

• British Passport Holder with active DV (Developed Vetting Clearance)
• Previously held a strategic consultant role within Defence & Security
• Involved in high-level strategic decision-making on complex defence & security projects
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships creatively and solve client issues
• Structured thinking and the ability to break down complex issues
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to carry out analysis and generate insights and recommendations
• Understanding of complex commercial procurements in Defence, major capital projects, or analogous industries

Benefits:

• Base Salary: £45,000 - £75,000 (DoE)
• Annual Bonus: 5%-10%
• DV Bonus - £6,000 - £7,000
