Engineer

My client is large Global Pharma company seeking a Engineer for a 6-12 month contract.

ROLE:

Within the Site Operations Chapter we have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Engineer to join our team and deliver excellent service to all internal customers by ensuring that the office buildings and equipment is maintained in a safe and efficient manner to meet agreed specifications by completing planned maintenance, timely repair of breakdowns and conducting continuous improvement and project activities including identifying problem areas to ensure an efficient and effective maintenance service.

CANDIDATE:

You will be responsible for planning, implementing corrective and preventive maintenance, managing small civils projects to ensure the site's high quality standards and assets are maintained whilst ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Manage 3rd party contractors, reviewing and approving appropriate Contractor Induction, Risk Assessment and Method Statements prior to any work being undertaken on site and assessing and agreeing completion of work.

CANDIDATE:

• Multi skilled with either electrical, mechanical and/or air conditioning qualifications
• Sound knowledge and experience of building services and Health and Safety requirements
• Mechanical or electrical skills either through time served apprenticeship or relevant experience with relevant practical experience
