MULTI-TRADE WITH MAIN CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A CONTRACT POSITION COVERING AREAS REDDITCH.

Job Title: Multi trade Operative

Location: Redditch and surrounding areas

Hourly Rate: £19.29 Per hour

Contract length: Initially 3 months / Ongoing work.

Overview

• Social housing contract installing Kitchens.
• Multi trade scope of work on voided properties.

Responsibilities

• You would be to be experienced in Kitchen installs/ plastering/ plumbing/wall tiling and decoration.

Requirements

• Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP, CSCS, Qualification / Apprenticeship in primary trade OR NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multi trade Repair and Refurbishment.
