My client, a leading player in the specialist logistics and distribution sector, are seeking a PA with Marketing experience to join them and play a key part in their continued success. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an incredibly well established and highly regarded business, in a varied and interesting role which provides a massive amount of commercial exposure.

Marketing Duties

• Digital marketing; managing website content, social media & presentations
• Branding; ensuring consistency in message, theme & appearance
• Literature; liaising with suppliers to design and produce printed literature in support of the commercial team
• Planning and delivery of trade shows, corporate events and company socials

PA Duties

• Assisting the MD with diary and travel management
• Taking and distributing meeting minutes, and chasing follow up actions
• Assisting with report research and writing
• Expenses reporting
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed

In order to be considered you will first and foremost need to thrive in a varied role and busy environment. You will ideally hold a qualification or Degree in Marketing (or relevant marketing experience), will have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently. You will need to be a good communicator with the ability to work as part of a team, whilst maintaining discretion, tact and diplomacy.

You will be IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and experience in web content editing using DotNetNuke (DNN) is an advantage.

This role is 35 hours p/w (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) but may require some out of hours support at busy times, and in return you will receive an annual salary of up to £35,000 p.a. dependent on experience.
