H&S Advisor

Role: H&S Advisor (Construction)

Location: Remote working (Projects across London and into the West Midlands)

Salary: Up to £50,000 + car or travel allowance + excellent benefits package

WRG and excited to support an independent risk management consultancy that operate across the UK. In recent years the business has heavily invested in their safety & compliance team and this has grown significantly, our client has developed an excellent reputation in the sector which has led to them winning repeat work and being appointed on various frameworks.

Due to this continued success, they are now looking to appoint a Construction H&S professional to join their established safety team and oversee a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the London/ South East and into the West Midlands.

Our client typically work on residential (public sector), healthcare, education and commercial projects to ensure that the projects meet H&S and CDM 2015 compliance. The role would suit someone who has worked for a main contractor or consultancy offering a range of H&S/ CDM services and is able to liaise with various stakeholders.

Duties:

• Offer a variety of health & safety/ CDM services to a diverse client base.
• Ensure that RAMS are in place for each project.
• Carry out site inspections and accident investigations when required.
• Develop client relationships and build new ones.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH Construction or NEBOSH General or equivalent.
• NEBOSH Fire (desirable).
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
• Member to IOSH, APS, IIRMS or a similar professional body.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Full UK driving license.
