Job Summary:

Eames is partnering with a client to hire a Solution Architect with extensive experience in the London Insurance Market, specifically within the Lloyd's syndicate market. This role focuses on optimising application strategy, simplifying the tech estate, and implementing innovative solutions that streamline mid and back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement streamlined, innovative solutions, leveraging automation and algorithms, especially within the Lloyd's syndicate market.
• Developing tailored solutions for the London Insurance Market with a focus on Lloyd's syndicate operations and compliance.
• GCP Integration, Implement cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for seamless system integration and business alignment.
• Redesign applications to enhance efficiency, scalability, and business needs specific to the Lloyd's market.
• Align architectural designs with current and future business goals, ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements like ISO27001.
• Drive technological innovation to streamline processes and position the company as a leader in digital transformation.

Skills & Competencies:

• London Market & Lloyd's Syndicate Experience: Proven expertise in developing solutions within the London Insurance Market and Lloyd's syndicate processes.
• GCP Expertise: Proficient in architecting and deploying solutions on GCP (other cloud providers will be acceptable).
• Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, balancing technical and business needs.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Preferred: GCP certifications (e.g., GCP Solutions Architect).
