Kenna Recruitment are representing a Tier 1 main contractor based nationwide , who are in the market for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team for a landmark project in London The project is a refurbishment of a iconic building valuing £80 million.

About the role:

this is a great opportunity for assistant site manager to be exposed to a highly interesting project and take the career to the next level . You’ll be liaising with the Senior Site Manager giving updates on the progress of the scheme and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects.

• Work is done in the highest standard
• Providing regular updates
• Meet deadlines

Requirements:

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid cert
