The Contract Manager plays a critical role in the company's Sales & Commercial Team. The main purpose of the role is to deliver the successful execution and management of their power as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Coverage as a Service (CaaS) contracts ensuring customer satisfaction, service level agreement (SLA) adherence, and revenue generation.

Key Areas of Focus

• Contract Management for New and Existing business from a Telecoms background (PaaS, CaaS, IaaS)
• Vendor and Supplier Relationship Management
• Compliance and Risk
• Stakeholder Engagement and Management

What you would need:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Proficient in contract management methodologies and best practices
• Strong Commercial Background - having worked in Complex organizations
• Strong understanding of the mobile infrastructure landscape, ideally with experience in PaaS, IaaS, and CaaS solutions
