Jaguar Land Rover


Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) have introduced innovative new ‘Centres for Wellbeing’ (CfW) at 6 of their UK sites. The CfW’s will provide a ‘one-stop-shop’ for reactive and preventative support for their employees covering three wellbeing pillars: Mind, Body and Life. The CfW’s aim is to minimise employee illness, injury and absence, whilst also working hard to restore function (both physical and psychological) after injury or illness.


Health Partners Wellbeing Team are the award-winning chosen provider to support the introduction and ongoing management of JLR’s ground-breaking Centres for Wellbeing.


We are actively recruiting an exceptional Wellbeing Programme Project Manager to support the Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HS&W) initiatives at JLR, as an integral team member involved in transformation and people change.


The ideal candidate will exhibit an unwavering commitment to excellence, providing strategic oversight across a range of HS&W projects from concept to completion, taking a key focus on customer, teams and deliverables. You will be a driving force behind projects that proactively improve the wellbeing of JLR employees (for example, around topics such as cardiovascular risk assessments) and lead on wellbeing initiatives such as 'Wellbeing Weeks'. You will ensure that these wellbeing projects not only meet but exceed standards, adhering strictly to timeframes, budget constraints, and scope specifications. Your role will be instrumental in orchestrating the efforts of our dedicated team members to ensure the seamless realisation of wellbeing project goals.

This is a full-time position, where the chosen candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am to 4pm. This is a hybrid role, requiring nationwide travel across the JLR sites (Liverpool and West Midlands), as well as including an element of home-based working.


*Please note, this is a fixed term contract (1 year).



As a Wellbeing Programme Project Manager for our JLR contract, you will have several exciting key responsibilities, such as:


Project Planning and Execution:

• Define project objectives, scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.

• Develop comprehensive project plans and related communication documents.

• Schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, ensuring timely completion.

• Facilitate project schedules and prepare updates for senior management.

• Organise and document project team meetings and stakeholder engagements.


Team Leadership and Coordination:

• Lead projects from inception to closure with a hands-on approach.

• Coordinate with internal and external parties for seamless project execution.

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.


Budget and Resource Management:

• Develop and control project budgets, maintaining financial discipline.

• Ensure the availability and optimal allocation of resources.

• Oversee project dependencies and the critical path to manage timing and resource bottlenecks.


Communication and Reporting:

• Deliver regular progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations to both Health Partners and JLR stakeholders.

• Act as the main point of contact for project communication, addressing issues and providing updates.

• Liaise effectively with project members, stakeholders, and senior management.


Risk and Quality Management:

• Conduct risk assessments and apply risk mitigation strategies.

• Oversee the Quality Assurance program, including audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

• Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.


Stakeholder Engagement:

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive and clear communication.


We would love to hear from those with:

• Demonstrable experience in project management, preferably in wellbeing and health and wellness related projects.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adeptness with IT systems.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or AGILE certification is advantageous.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent presentation abilities.

• Strong organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.


Qualifications and Essential Skills:

• Experience in Quality Assurance audit programmes and a strong understanding of compliance within a project context.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a champion of process efficiency.

• Resilient, able to work under pressure, and a team player with a commitment to results.


Desirable Skills:

• Experience in Document Management and working within health services.

• Good knowledge of the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).


Capabilities and Attributes:

• A resilient individual who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

• A curious mind eager to learn, develop, and drive both personal and team development.





Salary


We are offering a salary between £40,000 to £50,000 per annum for this role, depending on qualifications and experience.
