About the role of Project Manager:

Exciting Project Manager opportunity in Reading, Berkshire for a leading residential developer.

Working on a 400 unit, RC frame apartment scheme, overseeing the whole build process from start to finish.

Responsibilities for Project Manager:

• Understand the whole build process.
• Oversee a team of Site/Assistant/Trainee Managers.
• Helping to implement new procedures
• Communication with sub contractors
• Liaising with clients
• Day to day support with running of site

Requirements for Project Manager:

• Experience working on residential and housing projects.
• Been no1 on Site.
• Managed a team of over 8 Managers.
