Sanctions Advisory Consultant

We are currently recruiting for an experienced interim Sanctions Advisory Consultant with a strong background in the Lloyd’s market. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on all aspects of sanctions compliance for a Lloyds Market Insurance client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed advice on sanctions queries, including complex cases involving multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee and manage the company's response to any sanctions breaches, including internal investigations and reporting to regulatory bodies.
• Review and improve the effectiveness of sanctions screening tools and systems, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on global sanctions regimes and advise the business on any changes that could impact operations.

Requirements:

• Strong sanctions advisory experience within the Lloyd’s market.
• Expertise in sanctions screening, sanctions breach investigations, and regulatory reporting.

This is a day rate contract role, IR35 status TBC.

Day rate is flexible for the right candidate.

Contract length circa 3-6 months with a view to extend.
