We are recruiting for an experienced full-time Secretary to Executive to be based at our office in the heart of the City of London.. This is a busy, varied role supporting 2 executives within the Treasury function. You’ll have strong experience working within a similar role at this level, be highly organised and able to work well under pressure with great attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing full diary management including appointment/meeting arrangements (reprioritising as needed) complex international travel and accommodation schedules and booking and overall forward planning.
  • Providing support with communications, events, general logistics (such as room/venue booking) and ad hoc requests where required.
  • Supporting with the onboarding of new members of the leadership teams.
  • Managing monthly expenses, invoices and HR administration.
  • Maintaining up to date organisational material (e.g., structure charts) and Teams sites.
  • Providing a highly professional, proactive service, with incredibly high standards, flexibility, agility, integrity and discretion.
  • Managing information flow both timely and accurately.
  • Reviewing and formatting information for internal and external meetings/communications as required.

About you

As a minimum you will:

  • Have previous recent secretarial / PA experience (supporting at an executive level)
  • Possess highly developed organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
  • Have a highly professional approach
  • Have attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Able to reprioritise across a wide range of activities.
  • Be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on own initiative
  • Be well versed with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
