About Us: Welcome to New Park Manor, part of the Luxury Family Hotel group, where luxury meets relaxation in the heart of the New Forest. Our beautiful spa is a haven for families seeking a serene escape. Were on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Spa Therapist to join our fabulous team!

This is a zero hour contract, with an hourly rate of £13.23 plus generous service charge. Flexibility on hours will be required, including some weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pamper our guests with a variety of beauty treatments and massages, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated.
• Chat with guests to understand their needs and recommend the perfect treatments.
• Promoting our large range of products to our guests.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest beauty and wellness trends.
• Work hand-in-hand with our spa team to create an unforgettable guest experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a destination or hotel spa.
• UK Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO (or equivalent) in beauty treatments and massage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A genuine passion for wellness and helping others relax and rejuvenate.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
