Southern Housing are looking for motivated and dedicated candidates to join our Operational Support department as an Operational Support Officer.

In this role you will be reporting to an Operational Support Team Manager, youll deliver high quality support services for our Operations and Customer Transactions Directorates.

You will provide administrative support services that are customer centred and efficient. Positively supporting our wider teams collaboratively.

The location

This is a hybrid working role with an expectation of at least3 days(subject to agreement with your manager after your training has been completed)within one of our offices. We have offices in Sittingbourne, Battle, Croydon and Farringdon London.

What youll need

• A proven track record of delivering a successful customer-focussed service
• An excellent understanding of process
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong desire to support other teams and delivering a one team approach
• Good listener with the ability to effectively apply the knowledge gained
• Strong belief in customer satisfaction and business benefit driven solutions
