Tasks & Responsibilities
Full-time Family Lawyer
Working on a wide range of family law matters for both property and children's matters, such as dispute resolution, divorce/separation and financial settlements.
Regular face-to-face and telephone conferences with clients
Drafting correspondence and negotiating outcomes for clients
Drafting Consent Orders, Divorce Applications, Recovery Orders
Appearing in court for Mentions, Hearings, Conferences & Trials
Legal research and analysis skills, File management skills, Client management skills
Ability to liaise with Counsel
Having autonomy over your files, however will also work closely with other solicitors as we encourage everyone to seek out assistance and guidance where necessary
There will be the opportunity for you to also work in other practice areas also if you are interested in doing so
Establishing long-term, trusting relationships & rapport with customers
