Full Description

Our client is a gold and copper focused resource company with an exploration portfolio of tenements

· We are currently constructing an 840,000 tpa Gold CIP/CIL processing plant at our Nobles Gold site and are on track to commence commissioning activities Q1 2025.

· We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for a Mining Engineer to be based at our Nobles Gold project in Northern Territory on a flexible 3/1 FIFO roster.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop designs for pit and dump development, including infrastructure management & rehabilitation.

· Liaise with other technical experts (geologists, metallurgists) to meet business expectations around product quality and grade.

· Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly mine plans.

· Produce and review drill and blast plans.

· Management of contract mining services teams, ensuring production targets are achieved.

· Assess opportunities for mining improvement and optimization.

· Track and update production data.

· Complete Monthly and weekly production reports.

· Generate forecasts of mining activities on a monthly basis.

· Assist in Capex budget development.

· Provide technical support to active mining operations.

· Delivery of short- and medium-term plans and schedules, including the start-up of new open pit operations.

· Maintain statutory compliance and commitment to the TCMG HSEQ management system.

Qualifications and Experience

· Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering.

· Experience using mining software, preferably, Surpac.
