Job Description

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Manage project teams, including contractors, vendors, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Ensure that projects are completed within the scope, timeline, and budget outlined in the project plan
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project schedules, progress reports, and financial reports
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management
• 1-2 trips per month maximum to KC/Wichita
• All projects are within a 4-5 hour radius of St. Louis

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry, ground-up experience required and multi-family experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build a construction schedule
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
