Job Description

Construction Project Manager - Multifamily Builder/Developer - Responsibilities:

• Working with the PX, directly reporting to VP of Construction
• On-site daily at the Marshfield project location - 2 year time line
• Overseeing & managing large scale Multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinating & collaborating with necessary project parites
• Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance
• Developing relationships with clients, and maintaining open lines of communication
• Managing project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports
• Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and value engineering to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

Construction Project Manager - Multifamily Builder/Developer - Successful Candidate:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial GC
• Experience as a PM on large scale Multifamily projects around $100M
• Procore, Building Connected, MS Suite
• Motivation to grow/expand their career
• Strong understanding of construction technology and details - must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
• Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
